  • Lecram Inc. has obtained draft Plan approval for the Sandymount residential Block Plan of Subdivision. The community is planned to be developed in multiple phases, with registration and servicing occurring as approvals and infrastructure milestones are achieved.

  • The Sandymount St. Thomas subdivision is planned to be registered in three primary phases, with a fourth phase currently in design. Phasing timelines are subject to servicing, approvals, and coordination and may evolve as the project progresses.

  • Lots will become available to qualified builders as servicing and registration milestones are reached. Individual lots are not sold directly to the public. Homes will be offered through participating builders once construction begins.

  • The approved development plan includes single-detached homes, townhouses, and higher-density residential blocks, creating a diverse mix of housing options designed to support a complete and inclusive neighbourhood.

  • Builders and interested community members are encouraged to contact us or subscribe to email updates. Updates will be shared as development milestones are reached, including information related to phasing, servicing, and future availability.

Located at 41041 Major Line, St. Thomas, Ontario, Sandymount by Lecram Inc. offers convenient access to downtown St. Thomas, London, Highway 401, and regional employment areas. From the Sandymount community, drivers can reach Highway 401 in approximately 10 minutes, Highway 402 in about 15 minutes, and Highway 403 in approximately 40 minutes. Port Stanley and the beaches of Lake Erie are just 15 minutes away, while Toronto Pearson International Airport is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes by car. The London Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, while the St. Thomas Airport is only 10 minutes. Hamilton International Airport is roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes, and Detroit Metropolitan Airport is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes, depending on traffic and border conditions.
